    I generally have difficulties concentrating during meditations and at the beginning of the session with dear Eva I felt a slight restlessness rising in me.

    But after a short time she gently led me into a trance-like state. Through my third eye I suddenly perceived beautiful ornaments and shining rays of light in various colors. Shortly afterwards, a pleasant warmth spread through me, allowing me to let go completely. I saw waves and felt vibrations and a dream I had the night before came back to me.
