I am a former family-consultant, -therapist and psychological counselor who for many years supported highly traumatized children, teens and their parents.

🙍‍♀️ Since I was little, I perceived the world quite different. I was very emotional, often depressed, sensitive and felt everyone and everything.

I struggled with severe depression, self destructive behavior, very intense highs and lows, toxic relationships and with feelings of not belonging/not feeling safe.

I had no clue who I was or who I wanted to be and was somehow not able to fully arrive on this planet.

⚫️ Still I was a performer and very good at “functioning”, until I fully crashed in 2016. Back then I was confronted with the most intense suicidal time in my life and received the diagnosis Borderline Syndrome.

After 4 years of therapy and still not knowing how to regulate myself or being able to understand who I am, I began exploring more holistic areas, did trainings in different yoga styles, natural women’s health and traditional European herbal medicine.

🌿 But it was only in 2022 that I began to remember, when I followed the call to travel to Peru and sit with different medicinal plants in the Amazon and the Andes. I again suffered from a severe depression and it felt, as if this was the last chance I had.

And these 4 months changed everything.

🫀I went to heal the relationship to my heart, my mother and to Mama Earth and my channel opened when the plants introduced me into how to work with energy on my own body.

🀄️ And after arriving back in Vienna, I was guided to do my first Reiki Training.

Reiki 2 and the Reiki Mastery followed soon, as well as other trainings, initiations and another deep cycle of very intense self-healing.

From the beginning on working with energy felt like the most natural thing to me.

🐍 And still sitting with plant medicine, I was soon after introduced to Kundalini Frequency, enrolled into a training and 10 months after I was already guided into holding my own trainings.

🌀The way I channel changed over time and the frequencies became quite cosmic and much more complex than only channeling Reiki or Kundalini Energy.

🧬 At the moment I work mostly with channeling light codes and sacred geometry through my voice and my field. I also channel the Akashic Records and frequencies of different star nations, light beings and ascendant masters from this and other galaxies.

At the moment I live in Portugal, feel at home here on this planet and more at peace, grounded and happy than ever 🐋🪩✨.

As an Aquarius Sun, Gemini Moon, Libra Rising and a 1/3 MG I am a cosmic child infinitely in love with the sun, the moon and the stars, sauna & cold plunges, plants in every version, laughing fits, coconut-rice-milk, conspiracy theories, the smell of lilac, rosemary and jasmine and - not to forget - butter (preferably vegan and organic).

After all the inner work I still believe there is only one way to hang the toilet paper.

And I really like my boobs, my feet and the color of my eyes (even though my sight is so bad that I’m almost blind.)
