I’m a former family therapist and psychological counselor, with years of experience supporting highly traumatized children, teens, and their families.

🙍‍♀️ From a young age, I experienced the world differently—I was deeply sensitive, emotional and felt the energies of everyone and everything around me.

I struggled with depression, self-destructive behavior, intense emotional highs and lows, toxic relationships and a sense of not belonging. I didn’t know who I truly was or how to fully arrive in my own life.

⚫️ I learned to “function” and perform well outwardly, until I completely crashed in 2016. This period brought me face-to-face with one of the darkest and most challenging times of my life.

After four years of therapy, still seeking self-regulation and clarity, I turned to holistic practices: studying yoga, natural women’s health and traditional European herbal medicine.

🌿 In 2022, a severe depressive episode became a turning point. I traveled to Peru to sit with medicinal plants in the Amazon and the Andes—four months that changed everything.

🫀 During this time, I began to heal my relationship with my heart, my mother and Mama Earth. My channel opened as I learned to connect with the spirits of my ancestors and work with energy in my own body.

🀄️ Returning to Vienna, synchronicity led me to my first Reiki training, followed by Reiki 2 and Reiki Mastery, deep somatic work, initiations and further cycles of self-healing. Working with energy felt natural, as if my system remembered something ancient, aligned with my blueprint.

🐍 In another Ayahuasca session in Vienna, I encountered Kundalini Frequency, which led me to facilitator training. Ten months later, I was already guiding my own trainings. It felt as if I had always been doing this work.

🌀 Over time, the frequencies I channel became more complex—cosmic, yet deeply grounded in the earth. Today, I work with earth and cosmic frequencies, light codes, light language, sacred geometry, voice, sound and touch. I channel the Akashic Records and frequencies from various star nations, light beings, and ascended masters.

The foundation of my work is grounding the body and nervous system in a sustainable way. Because I strongly believe that this is our most essential tool on this path of ascension.

At the moment I live in Portugal, feel at home here on this planet and more at peace, grounded and happy than ever before 🐋🪩✨.

As an Aquarius 🌞, Gemini 🌝, Libra Rising and a 1/3 MG I am a cosmic child infinitely in love with the sun, the moon and the stars, sauna & cold plunges, plants and nature in every version, laughing fits, dancing wildly, coconut-rice-milk, self-baked gluten-free bread, connecting deeply, singing my own songs, conspiracy theories, candle light, the smell of lilac, lime-tree blossoms and jasmine, everything that expands my consciousness/lies beyond our imagination and - not to forget - butter (preferably vegan and organic) 🌹.

After all the inner work I still believe there is only one way to hang the toilet paper 🤓.

And I really like my boobs, my feet and the color of my eyes (even though my sight is so bad that I’m almost blind.)
