I am a highly sensitive being coming from a place of intense fear towards life, but also being a rebel at heart.

I always felt in between the desire to belong and play safe and the desire to disrupt. Until I sacrificed even the last droplet of my life force and was so dysregulated and depressed I barely could survive.

Still — there was this part within me that fiercely believed it must be possible to live a life full of joy, adventure and aliveness.

To live a life that feels deeply aligned.

After a massive breakdown, four years of going to therapy twice a week, three yoga teacher trainings and further education in herbal medicine and natural women's health — I understood something needed to finally change.

so i quit my job as a family therapist and leaped into the unknown.

First stop: the Amazon jungle and a planta dieta. After I stayed in the Andes for another 3 months.

This was when I started remembering.

This was the start of my second life.

Now four years later — after quite a few more ego deaths and dark nights of the soul, deep surrender, losing and finding back trust multiple times, reaching a limit with my capacity for patience, working deeply with plant spirits, being initiated into Reiki master level, the priestess path of Isis and Mary Magdalens sisterhood of the rose, working with Kundalini frequency and the Akashic Records, after holding my own initiation trainings, mastering the work with my physical and energetic nervous system and being able to channel a unique frequency technology connected to my blueprint 🐋.
