The Akashic Records are often described as an energetic library — a field of consciousness that holds the complete imprint of every soul’s journey across time. Think of it less as a database and more as a living intelligence that responds to genuine inquiry. In a session I access this field on your behalf to retrieve what is most relevant and alive for you right now.

You don’t need to — but you can. Some people arrive with very specific questions and others simply arrive with an open field and let what needs to emerge come through. Both are completely valid. If you do have questions, there are no wrong ones. Just make sure that they are open questions that can’t be answered with “yes” or “no”.

The Records respond to what is genuinely alive in you, not to perfectly formulated questions. Sometimes the most important information has nothing to do with what you thought you wanted to ask.

No prior knowledge or preparation is needed. You don’t need to be familiar with the Akashic Records or frequency transmissions, have a spiritual practice, or understand how any of this works. You simply need to arrive with genuine openness and a willingness to receive. If you have questions you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to write them down beforehand — but even that is optional. The Records and the frequencies will always find their way to what is most relevant for you regardless of how prepared you feel.

As for safety — yes, completely. My Akashic guidance session is a gentle, grounded and deeply respectful process. Even though you are in a trance like state, this is no hypnosis and you remain completely present and aware throughout. The Records and frequencies only ever offer what you are genuinely ready to receive. People often describe feeling unusually safe, grounded and seen during my sessions, sometimes for the first time.

No! The future is not fixed — it is a living field of potential based on your current frequency and soul path and it shifts as you shift. Rather than pointing toward a specific outcome, sessions are oriented toward what most supports your genuine growth and freedom. Rather than telling you what will happen, my sessions tend to illuminate why certain patterns are present and what becomes possible when they shift. And also: there is always free will!

Therapy works primarily through processing the personal history and psychology of this lifetime. Coaching works with goals, strategy and behavior. Both are valuable tools but they operate at the level of the mind and the persona.

Akashic guidance works at the level of soul — the deeper patterns, contracts, imprints and gifts that exist beneath the surface of personality and circumstance. And what I offer goes even further than a traditional Akashic reading — sessions combine soul-level guidance with frequency transmission, deep nervous system grounding and where needed, subconscious reprogramming. This means we are working with your physical body, your emotional & energetic body and your soul simultaneously — not just retrieving information but creating genuine shift across every layer of your being.

Many of my most profound sessions have been with people who were genuinely skeptical but open. What doesn’t work well is a closed or testing energy — but genuine uncertainty combined with real openness works beautifully.

One session can be genuinely transformative on its own. There is no requirement for ongoing work. That said, many people choose to return at significant life thresholds — when facing major decisions, during periods of rapid change, or simply when they feel called. The Records are always available and each session opens a fresh field rather than continuing a linear process.
