I generally have difficulties concentrating during meditations and at the beginning of the session with dear Eva I felt a slight restlessness rising in me.

But after a short time she gently led me into a trance-like state. Through my third eye I suddenly perceived beautiful ornaments and shining rays of light in various colors. Shortly afterwards, a pleasant warmth spread through me, allowing me to let go completely. I saw waves and felt vibrations and a dream I had the night before came back to me. I felt deeply familiar and safe in this place.

When I returned from this deep journey, I initially felt a little like I was floating and soon a pleasant lightness set in. My breath now flows deeper and more freely, it is as if I have experienced a real inner cleansing.

I want to thank Eva from the bottom of my heart for this extraordinary experience.
